We reserve the right to allow up to 10 working days from the date of despatch before replacing an item that has not been delivered.

If your order has not arrived within 28 days of the order date, Alphabet Studios cannot accept liability unless you notify us in writing or by email within 30 days of placing your order.

Items returned to us marked as undeliverable will be subject to a redelivery charge. Unclaimed returned parcels will be held for up to three months, after which they may be donated to charity or responsibly disposed of.

If you need to return an item, please ensure it is securely packaged. We strongly recommend using an insured and tracked postal service, as Alphabet Studios cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage, as refunds can only be issued once the goods have been received in their original condition.

Please note that our returns policy does not apply to:

  • Orders where incorrect or inaccurate information was provided by the customer

If the item you receive is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns should be sent within 7 days of delivery, at the customer’s expense, in their original packaging and in a resaleable condition. Items with a manufacturing fault on arrival will be replaced or refunded, including your return postage costs. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
