Delivery & Returns

Standard UK Delivery

Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch orders promptly, with delivery typically taking 2–3 working days.

Standard UK delivery is £3.99.
Orders over £50 qualify for free standard UK delivery.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked services.

Please allow additional time during busy periods such as Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Christmas and sale events.

If you require an item urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Next Day UK Delivery

Next Day Delivery is available for £7.50.

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the same day for delivery on the next working day.

This service applies to working days only and does not include weekends or bank holidays.

International Delivery

We offer fully tracked international delivery via Royal Mail.

  • Europe: £14.99 (delivery typically 5–10 working days)

  • Rest of the World: £23.99 (delivery typically 7–14 working days)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

General Delivery Information

Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure all delivery details are correct, as we cannot be held responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.

While we aim to dispatch within the stated timeframes, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by Royal Mail or any third-party delivery service.

Dispatch times shown on product pages are estimates and may vary during peak periods or if items are temporarily out of stock.

Undelivered or Returned Parcels

We reserve the right to allow up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before replacing an item reported as undelivered.

If your order has not arrived within 28 days of the order date, you must notify us by email within 30 days so that we can investigate.

Parcels returned to us as undeliverable will be subject to a redelivery charge.

Unclaimed returned items will be held for up to 3 months, after which they may be donated to charity or disposed of.

Important Notices

Our studio hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm. Dispatch timeframes (including Next Day services) do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colours may vary depending on screen settings, and images may not show all available options.

Items made from natural materials such as wood or slate may vary in colour, grain or texture. These natural variations are not considered faults.

Returns Policy

If you need to return an item, please ensure it is packaged securely. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. Please keep your proof of postage.

Refunds can only be issued once the item has been received and checked, and must be returned in its original condition.

Non-returnable items

Our returns policy does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods

  • Orders where incorrect or inaccurate information was provided by the customer

If the item you receive is incorrect, damaged or faulty, we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns should be made within 7 days of delivery, at the customer’s expense, in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Items with manufacturing faults will be replaced or refunded, including reasonable return postage costs.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
