Ordering

Orders can be placed online through our website. When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product at the price stated.

You will receive an order acknowledgement by email once your order has been placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  1. Payment is not authorised or received

  2. There has been a pricing or product description error

  3. The item is out of stock or discontinued

  4. Personalisation requests contain content that is offensive, inappropriate or unacceptable

If an order is refused after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Payment

Full payment must be received before your order is processed and dispatched.

We accept payment via:

  • Shopify Payments (including major debit and credit cards)

  • Apple Pay

  • PayPal

All transactions are processed securely using encrypted technology through our payment providers. Alphabet Studios does not store or have access to your full payment card details.

Product Availability

We aim to keep our website accurate and up to date; however, we cannot guarantee that all products will always be available.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will aim to dispatch it within 28 days. If we are unable to fulfil your order within this timeframe, you may request to cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Order Cancellation

For non-personalised items, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

The right to cancel does not apply to:

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Perishable goods

As personalised items are sent into production promptly, please check all spelling, dates and details carefully when placing your order and reviewing your confirmation email. We cannot offer refunds for customer errors or changes of mind on personalised products.

Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5pm. Dispatch timeframes do not include weekends or bank holidays.
